From where to where
A photographic time-space continuum

Kurt Paulus combines time sequences, condenses them to a single moment, and thus creates the essence of time and space. With his sequences, he touches on the question of the time-space continuum, the question of light and energy, and the relativity of dimensions. The works of Kurt Paulus deal with instants in time and their coincidence, bound to a sense of time and motion, creating more than just records of empirical reality and opening the way to viewing motives in a new light: the descriptions of his photos become descriptions of human existence.
